So far I have had several sessions with Jason and have been very happy. I didn't know really what I would like to accomplish and he suggested we work on my posture. This has long since been an issue for me! I am very tall and thin and tend to slouch, a lot. This has affected how I run as well (I run 4 days a week). After just a few sessions I feel stronger and more confident. I also notice my posture has improved in every day living, sitting, standing, etc. I am very happy!

Jason has been very helpful over the last few weeks. We engaged him for a 40 session package which was a great deal. He comes to the house and he's prompt. He understands a great deal about the anatomical aspects of putting together a workout regiment. I would not hesitate to recommend him to one of any age group. He concentrates on strengthening muscles to improve mobility. I have some old shoulder injuries and he has been extremely helpful in helping out as far as that is concerned. He knows how to work around those types of things.
